ABOUT
Since 2013 Intuitive LLC, a comprehensive real estate services firm, has been providing innovative management and beautification solutions to both the public and private sector in the greater Los Angeles area. In 2018 Intuitive reached out to the city of Los Angeles, to apply a non-traditional artificial landscaping solution along miles of walls for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) to help with beautification and graffiti mitigation. In 2019, Intuitive was awarded a 3 year multi-million contract with METRO for their new brand, GreenCape. Since its introduction, the GreenCape solution has become one of the largest artificial landscape providers in the greater Los Angeles area. Having been awarded numerous other beautification projects in Los Angeles, the founders believed that 2021 would be the right time to bring the GreenCape solution to Arizona. Having assembled an experienced team of beautification and installation specialist GreenCape Arizona began operations in early 2021.
